Professional Digital Services, Inc. provides two standard web site development packages and a flexible custom web site development service, depending on your needs.  Review the packages below and let us discuss with you which option best meets your needs.

• Up to two pages.
• Customer supplies graphics and wording, placed in a standard page layout (generally an agreed upon pre-existing template). If a custom Template is chosen from a template source in the Internet, the template will be at additional cost to the client.
  
• We will scan your logo or include your digital version of your logo. If a clean-up of graphics is necessary, there may be an additional hourly charge.
  
• Site will be hosted by our third-party hosting service, unless you already have a host picked out.  We will make arrangements for hosting and domain name.
• Price does not include domain name registration (annually renewable at your cost) or host setup fees (including hosting fee).
• Annual Maintenance fee of $95 (can include up to 1 hour of site modifications). 
• e-mail Newsletter available for customers at extra charge. 
• Upgradable to Enhanced package (Package Two).
• Professional Custom Graphics work available @t $75 per hour. 
• Additional work on page @ $95 per hour.

• Customer supplies graphics and wording placed in a page layout of your choosing (we will provide up to three designs -- generally from a pre-existing template, or a template may be chosen from an internet source at additional cost to the client). Professional Custom Graphics work available at $75 per hour.
• Includes first year domain name registration (annually renewable at your cost).¹
• Site will be hosted by our third-party hosting service, unless you already have a host picked out.  We will make arrangements for hosting and domain name. 
• Package price does not include host setup fees (including hosting fees).
• We will scan your logo or include your digital version of your it and include customer supplied photo of your business.  If a clean-up of graphics is necessary, there may be an additional hourly charge.

2.  e-mail Newsletter

You provide the wording and sales items w/graphics along with customer base.  We will format a newsletter to go out to your signed up customers in both .html and normal e-mail.  Administration fees are $85 per hr.  Newsletter must be sent out no less than quarterly.

3. e-Commerce:

e-Commerce is only available under the Custom web site package, and comes with two options (costs vary):

A..        This option allows the client to enter their own catalog online and maintain it.  Does not require knowledge of Internet html coding.  Client will need to have a compatible merchant account for credit card processing.  Limited flexibility.

B.         This option leaves catalog and shopping cart administration to Professional Digital Services, Inc.  For large catalogues we offer discount administration pricing.  This option also requires knowledge of Internet html coding.  This is the better of the two packages because it allows more flexibility in graphics and page design.
